IMPORTANT DISCLOSURE: Flight Assist 24/7 is an INDEPENDENT travel service provider and booking agency. We are NOT an airline, nor are we directly affiliated with, endorsed by, or representing any specific airline (including but not limited to Delta, United, American Airlines, Southwest, etc.). All airline names, trademarks, and logos mentioned are the property of their respective owners and are used strictly for identification purposes.

Because we are an independent travel agency, we charge a service fee for our time, expertise, and assistance in booking, changing, or canceling your flights. This fee is completely separate from any fees, fares, or penalties charged by the airlines themselves. All our fees will be clearly disclosed to you by our live agents over the phone BEFORE you agree to process any transaction.

When using our services over the phone, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information regarding your identity, travel details, and payment information. You are solely responsible for ensuring your travel documents (passports, visas, IDs) meet the requirements of your destination.

Refund policies for airline tickets are strictly dictated by the respective airlines. Our agency service fees are generally non-refundable once the requested service (booking, change, or cancellation) has been successfully completed by our agents.

Flight Assist 24/7 acts only as an intermediary. We are not liable for any airline delays, cancellations, overbookings, lost baggage, or any other issues arising directly from the airline's operations.
