2. User Agreement and Consent

What You're Agreeing To

By submitting your contact information through our website, you expressly agree to the following:

You consent to be contacted by roofing contractors via phone, email, or text message

You understand that contractors may contact you regarding your roofing needs

You acknowledge that multiple contractors may reach out to you

You can opt out of communications at any time by contacting us directly

3. No Direct Services

Our Role is Limited

TrustedDaily does not provide roofing services, installation, repair, or maintenance work of any kind.

We are a referral platform only

We do not employ roofing contractors

We do not perform any roofing work

All actual roofing services are provided by independent third-party contractors

4. Third-Party Contractors

Independent Service Providers

All roofing services are performed by independent, licensed contractors who are not employees or agents of TrustedDaily.

Contractors are independent businesses operating under their own licenses

Each contractor is responsible for their own work, pricing, and business practices

Contractors maintain their own insurance and licensing requirements

We do not control or direct the work of any contractor

You enter into a separate agreement directly with the contractor you choose

5. No Guarantees or Warranties

Service Limitations

TrustedDaily makes no guarantees, warranties, or representations regarding:

The quality, timeliness, or safety of services provided by contractors

Pricing or cost estimates provided by contractors

Availability of contractors in your area

The licensing, insurance, or qualifications of contractors

The outcome or results of any roofing work performed

Response times or communication from contractors

6. Limitation of Liability

Your Responsibility

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TrustedDaily shall not be liable for:

Any services, work, or advice provided by third-party contractors

Any damages, injuries, or losses arising from contractor services

Any disputes between you and any contractor

Any property damage or personal injury resulting from roofing work

Any financial losses or costs incurred in relation to contractor services

Any failure of contractors to meet legal or regulatory requirements

7. User Responsibilities

As a user of our service, you agree to verify contractor credentials, obtain multiple estimates, review contracts carefully before signing, ensure contractors have proper insurance and licensing, and resolve any disputes directly with the contractor.
